1. May I print the lessons?
The lessons may be printed for personal use only of students registered in English 3101 and the laboratory English 3113. Permission to print lessons ends on the last day of classes according to the official calendar of this institution.

2. How often should I complete a lesson?
We recommend that you should complete at least one lesson each week.

3. Can lessons be repeated?
Lessons can be repeated as many times as necessary. However, the quiz can only be done once.

4. Is there a deadline for completing the lessons?
Yes. Each academic semester we will indicate the deadline for completing lessons. After the deadline the lessons will not be available.

5. Can I have my doubts clarified in relation to the educational material or technical problems?
Yes. The Web site provides an e-mail to clarify doubts about the material and to solve any technical difficulty. Furthermore, laboratory personnel is available in room 320. 

6. Can I do some lessons through the Internet and others in the Laboratory?
No. The administration systems of the classroom lab and the Internet are individual. This requires that students carry out their lessons in one of the two modalities.

7. How will I know the final grade I obtained in the laboratory?
After the deadline for completing the lessons, you may come to the lab to confirm your grade. The grade will not be e-mailed to you.

8. Can I do the lessons from any computer with access to the Internet?
Yes. But, in order to minimize the risk that someone who is not authorized can enter your account, we recommend that if it is possible you always use the same computer.

9. What security do I have that no one will enter my account?
The system provides several levels of security to minimize that possibility. However, to the extent that you maintain the information confidential and work on your own computer, you will avoid this from happening.

10. Is there any restriction for students who used the system on the Internet?
Yes. Just like in all classes, it is expected that the student work on a good will bases and honestly. There are practices that are not ethical (for example; exchanging confidential information, copying, cheating, etc.). The student who does not comply with the established norms for these ends, the rules and regulations of UPR in Bayamon, states the disciplinary measures.
